International Specialists Centre (ISC) started as a joint collaboration between a team of internationally-trained specialists who saw a need for catering to our local expat community.

Dr Andrew, Dr Julian and Dr Tjun all began their training as general surgeons in NHS England. Dr Andrew specialises in breast disease while both Dr Tjun and Dr Julian both have specialisation in vascular surgery.

Dr Andrew and Dr Julian were established consultant surgeon in NHS England before returning to Singapore. Dr Julian used to work with Nuffield Private Hospital UK and also other major private insurance companies in the UK, including BUPA and AXA.

Dr Tjun originally graduated from Queens’ College in Cambridge and returned to Singapore after completing full training. He has also trained in several different healthcare systems such as the National Health Service in the UK as well as in Australia.

The ISC team works continually and tirelessly to offer flexibility, convenience and the best quality care to our local expatriates and their families.
